OVERVIEW: We are constantly bombarded with information. In fact our body is always giving us feedback. But do we listen? Or do we even know how to listen to our body? This workshop helps you understand your body and what your body is telling you, so you can own your health. Change doesn’t have to be radical it can be meaningful. You can start feeling better one small change at a time.

OBJECTIVES: After attending this workshop, the participant will be able to:

  • Learn what whole person health looks like,
  • Find out what areas in life you could focus more on (Mechanical, Chemical, Energetic or Psychospiritual),
  • Commit to one small change a month that will lead to big shifts down the road.
